As a chapter of the American Institute of Architects, AIA Staten Island represents approximately 65 licensed architects, associate and affiliate members. AIA Staten Island promotes the quality and the practice of architecture by advancing our shared values of Community, Knowledge and Advocacy. AIA members strive to make the world a better place for everyone to live, work and play.

Community Advocacy

AIA Staten Island is a community of local architects who have a vested interest in the integrity & value of our surroundings. As a group of professionals we work to strengthen our communities by working with local leaders, government officials & the general public in our pursuit of improving the built environment.

 

As Architects, we give voice to our shared values in order to shape our neighborhoods. AIA Staten Island is continually striving to strengthen the relationship between good design and good public policy.
